Method
Remove crust from bread and cut up in cubes.
In a bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until blended.
Spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190° C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn onto cooling rack and sprinkle with cheese and extra paprika.
