Chunky Cheese Muffins

Method

  1. Remove crust from bread and cut up in cubes.
  2. In a bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until blended.
  3. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190° C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Turn onto cooling rack and sprinkle with cheese and extra paprika.

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Sasko Traditional Whole Wheat
  • 140 g Self-raising flour
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Onion, grated and fried
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 5 ml Paprika
  • 5 ml Salt
  • 150 ml Evaporated milk
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil
  • Extra paprika and grated cheese for garnish
