Pudding Bread Baskets

Method

  1. Remove crusts and roll bread slices totally flat, using a rolling pin.
  2. Cut with cookie cutter into large rounds. Butter on both sides.
  3. Gently press into muffin pan.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.
  5. Brush insides with apricot jam.
  6. Mix instant pudding according to instructions on packet.
  7. Allow to thicken slightly and scoop into prepared baskets.
  8. Garnish with sweets.

  • 12 slices Sasko Everyday Premium White
  • Butter or margarine for spreading
  • Apricot jam
  • 1 sachet Instant pudding (any flavour), prepared according to instructions
  • Sweets for garnish
