BBQ beef sandwich
Method
- In a large skillet (pan) over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion for 5 – 6 minutes. (Stir until ground beef crumbles and is no longer pink). Drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, dry mustard powder, bottled Mustard, Worcestershire sauce and white vinegar.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 8 – 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve on bread and enjoy.

- 8 slices Sasko Low GI True Whole Wheat
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 onion, medium (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Chilli sauce
- 4 Tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dry mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp Bottled mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
