BBQ beef sandwich

Method

  1. In a large skillet (pan) over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion for 5 – 6 minutes. (Stir until ground beef crumbles and is no longer pink). Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, dry mustard powder, bottled Mustard, Worcestershire sauce and white vinegar.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat for 8 – 10 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Serve on bread and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sasko Low GI True Whole Wheat
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1 onion, medium (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Dry mustard powder
  • 1 Tbsp Bottled mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp White vinegar
