Chipolata Sausage Buns
Method
- Fry the sausages and cut in half lengthways.
- Slice the buns in half. Spread inner sides with butter or margarine.
- Spread each bottom half with mayonnaise.
- Top with shredded cos lettuce and sausage halves.
- Squirt a good helping of tomato sauce in the centre, cover with the top half and serve.

- 4 Sasko Regular Plain Bun
- 50 ml Butter or margarine
- 160 g Chipolata sausages
- 8 Cos lettuce leaves, shredded
- 75 ml Mayonnaise
- 80 ml Tomato sauce
