Chipolata Sausage Buns

Method

  1. Fry the sausages and cut in half lengthways.
  2. Slice the buns in half. Spread inner sides with butter or margarine.
  3. Spread each bottom half with mayonnaise.
  4. Top with shredded cos lettuce and sausage halves.
  5. Squirt a good helping of tomato sauce in the centre, cover with the top half and serve.

  • 4 Sasko Regular Plain Bun
  • 50 ml Butter or margarine
  • 160 g Chipolata sausages
  • 8 Cos lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 75 ml Mayonnaise
  • 80 ml Tomato sauce
