Roast chicken with tangy mayonnaise sandwich

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Thickly spread the chicken mix on three slices and cover with the remaining slices.
  3. Slice sandwich as desired.
  4. As a canapé, cut bread into triangles, toast lightly. Place rocket leaf, top with the chicken filling and garnish with sliced coriander leaf.

  • 6 Slices Sasko All in One White
  • 3 roasted chicken breasts, shredded
  • ¼ red pepper, very finely chopped
  • ¼ green pepper, very finely chopped
  • 30ml onions, finely chopped
  • 15ml coriander, finely chopped
  • 70ml tangy mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
