Spicy Chicken & Olive Sandwich
Method
- Mix together yoghurt, mayonnaise, curry powder and chutney.
- Add the chicken and olives and mix.
- Butter 4 slices on one side and pile half of the filling onto these slices.
- Add sprigs of watercress and some rocket leaves. Repeat with the next 4 slices.
- Cover with the last 4 slices of bread to create a three-layered stack.

- 12 slices Sasko Low GI Seeded Brown
- 30 ml Yoghurt, low fat
- 30 ml Mayonnaise
- 2 ml Mango chutney
- 200 g Chicken, cooked, thinly sliced
- 10 Olives, pitted and sliced
- Butter of margarine for spreading
- Watercress sprigs
- Rocket leaves
