Cheese Islands
Method
- Toast the slices of bread and remove the crusts and the corners to form rounds.
- Shape 8 tin foil punnets to the size of the bread rounds.
- Place each bread round into a tin foil punnet.
- Evenly spread the tomato & onion mix onto the bread rounds.
- Sprinkle bacon evenly on the bread rounds and top with cheese.
- Sprinkle with mixed herbs.
- Bake at 200° C for 20 – 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- 8 slices Sasko Everyday White
- 1 x 410g Tomato & Onion mix
- 100g Bacon, chopped
- 200g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 15ml Mixed dried herbs
