Italian Meatballs
Method
- Soak bread in the milk for 5 minutes. Squeeze milk out. Add bread to mixing bowl.
- Using a fork, loosen bread into wet crumbs.
- Add remainder of ingredients, except flour and oil. Mix well.
- Form little balls. Dust with flour and shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked.
- Drain on kitchen paper.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 2 slices Sasko Everyday White
- 90ml Milk
- 250g Beef mince
- 25ml Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 6ml Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 10ml Parsley, chopped
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 50ml Onion, finely grated
- 50ml Flour for dusting
- 15ml Vegetable oil for frying
- Black pepper to taste
